LICENSING

Amphastar’s principal focus is to grow its business by marketing both its proprietary drug development pipeline and its patented technologies. In addition, Amphastar will consider partnering its proprietary drug development pipeline and out-licensing its patented technologies. Amphastar is pursuing the in-licensing of other drug products, in late-stage development or products already on the market. 

IN-LICENSING

Amphastar regularly reviews drugs that are in alliance with its strategic development plan and are in late-stage development, or already on the market for in-licensing or acquisition.

PARTNERING AND OUT-LICENSING

Amphastar would consider a partnership around the drugs in its product development pipeline.

Amphastar is also seeking to out-license other patented intellectual properties in drug formulations, processes, and delivery technologies.
